What's Included in Support?

- Installation Help: We provide guidance for installing the app on supported Odoo versions.
- Version Compatibility: We ensure the app works with the officially listed Odoo versions.
- General Usage Guidance: Support for basic usage and configuration-related queries.
What's Not Included?
- App customization or feature modifications
- Support for modified versions of our apps
- Integration with third-party/custom modules
- Migration to different Odoo versions unless explicitly mentioned
- Functional training or extended consultation
Support Duration
We provide 90 days of free support from the date of purchase via the Odoo App Store. Extended support plans are available upon request.
Response Time
Our typical response time is 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Priority is given to active support period customers.
Supported Odoo Versions
Each app mentions its compatible versions on the Odoo App Store. Installing the app on unsupported versions is not covered under the free support policy.
