Zealous required the migration of its existing Odoo 16 Enterprise implementation to Odoo 18 Enterprise while preserving custom business workflows and ensuring business continuity. In addition to the migration, the client needed enhancements to Point of Sale (POS), barcode and label printing, payment processing, manufacturing costing, invoice customization, WhatsApp communication, and API integrations to support daily retail operations.
