  • Recruitment and Staffing: Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs for IT positions, manage job postings on relevant IT job boards, and participate in the interview process for IT roles. Ensure timely onboarding of new IT employees.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture in an IT environment through effective employee relations. Address employee concerns and grievances related to IT matters in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal processes tailored to IT roles. Provide support for the professional growth and development of IT employees.
  • Policy and Procedure Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT. Stay informed about HR-related laws and regulations as they pertain to the IT sector.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs specific to the IT industry, including health, retirement, and wellness plans. Address benefits-related inquiries from IT staff.
  • Training and Development: Identify IT-specific training needs, develop training programs for technical skill enhancement, and organize IT-focused employee development initiatives.
  • HR Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate IT employee records and HR databases. Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy, especially for sensitive IT personnel information.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare regular HR reports for management, including metrics related to IT recruitment, turnover, and IT employee satisfaction.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role in an IT company.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions relevant to the IT sector, including IT recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills tailored to interactions with IT professionals.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, particularly in managing IT-related HR processes.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with an understanding of IT-specific software and tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to the IT industry.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Any HR certification is a plus.
